2. No Warranty on Products

  • We do not warrant that products will be fit for a particular purpose
  • We do not warrant product authenticity, quality, or durability
  • Manufacturer warranties, if any, come directly from the manufacturer
  • We are not liable for any product defects or manufacturing issues
  • All product descriptions are estimates based on supplier information and may be inaccurate

3. Third-Party Supplier Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for supplier errors, delays, or quality issues
  • Suppliers may change product specifications without notice
  • We are not liable if suppliers provide defective or incorrect items
  • We are not responsible for supplier shipping failures or delays
  • We cannot control supplier inventory or product availability
  • If a supplier runs out of stock, orders may be cancelled without liability

4. Limitation of Liability

6. Product Condition and Returns

  • Improper use or care voids any claims against us

12. Indemnification

  • If a supplier sends the wrong item, we will attempt to resolve but make no guarantees
  • If a supplier goes out of business, we are not responsible for pending orders
  • We are not liable for supplier quality control failures
  • We are not responsible for supplier customer service issues

24. Data and Privacy

  • We are not responsible for data breaches or unauthorized access
  • We may share data with suppliers as needed for order fulfillment
