2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- We offer various shipping methods including standard and expedited options
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party logistics providers
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a binding deadline
3. Risk of Loss and Responsibility
- Risk of loss transfers to you immediately upon shipment from our warehouse
- Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders
- You assume all responsibility for the package once it is in carrier possession
4. Tracking and Monitoring
- All orders are shipped with tracking numbers
- You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information
- We are not responsible for packages left unattended at delivery addresses
- Signature confirmation is available at additional cost and is at the buyer's discretion
- Packages left in visible locations, porches, or mailboxes are at your own risk
5. Address Verification
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout
- We will not be held liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you
- Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees or delays
- International orders must include complete customs information
6. Delivery Confirmation
- Delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier
- Marked as "delivered" does not guarantee the condition of the package upon arrival
- Packages marked as delivered but not received must be investigated with the carrier first
- We will cooperate with carrier investigations but are not liable for lost packages
7. Lost Packages
- Report lost packages to the carrier immediately
- Provide tracking number and delivery date to carrier
- We will assist with carrier claims, but final responsibility rests with the shipper/carrier
- Refunds for lost packages are only issued after carrier investigation concludes in buyer's favor
- This process can take 30-60 days or longer
8. Damaged Packages
- Inspect all packages upon arrival
- Report damage to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damage and packaging to the carrier
- We require photographic evidence of damage for any claim
- Damage claims must be filed with the carrier, not with us
- We will only issue refunds or replacements after carrier investigation is complete
9. Insurance
- Shipping insurance is optional and available for an additional fee
- Insurance coverage protects against loss and damage during transit
- We strongly recommend insurance for orders over $100
- Without insurance, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages
- Insurance claims must be filed with the insurance provider directly
10. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of error by us
- If we ship to the wrong address due to our error, return shipping costs are our responsibility
- If you provide an incorrect address, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs
- Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost with no refund if timeline is missed
11. International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs delays
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer
- We are not responsible for customs clearance delays
- International packages may take 2-4 weeks for delivery
- International packages are shipped at buyer's risk
12. Signature Confirmation
- Signature confirmation is available at checkout for an additional fee
- This is optional and recommended for high-value orders
- Without signature confirmation, packages left unattended are at your risk
- Signature confirmation does not guarantee safe delivery
13. Package Exceptions
- Packages held by carriers for any reason are not our responsibility
- Packages returned to sender due to delivery issues are subject to restocking fees
- Buyers are responsible for following up with carriers regarding held or delayed packages
- We are not liable for packages in carrier limbo
14. Return Shipping
- Approved returns must be shipped via insured carrier
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error
- Packages lost during return shipping are the buyer's responsibility unless insured
- We recommend signature confirmation for high-value return shipments
- Items damaged during return transit will not be refunded
15. Dispute Resolution
- All shipping disputes must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- After 30 days, we cannot file claims with carriers
- Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Our decision regarding disputes is final and binding
- We are not obligated to pursue claims on your behalf beyond 30 days
16. No Liability for Carrier Actions
- We use reputable carriers but are not responsible for their actions
- Carrier errors, delays, or mishandling are not our responsibility
- Complaints about carrier service should be directed to the carrier directly
- We cannot control carrier operations or performance
17. Modifications to Shipping Policy
- We reserve the right to modify shipping methods and costs at any time
- Changes take effect immediately and apply to all future orders
- Your continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any policy changes
